Quotations
All quotations are provided based on information available at the time and may be subject to revision if project requirements change.
Bespoke Products
Due to the custom nature of our products, all bespoke furniture and seating are manufactured specifically for each client.
Designs, dimensions and finishes must be approved before manufacture begins.
Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required before work commences.
Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Lead Times
Estimated lead times are provided as guidance and may vary depending on material availability, project complexity and installation schedules.
Installation
Where installation services are included, clients must ensure reasonable site access is available.
Liability
Divano Contract Furniture shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
Intellectual Property
Designs, drawings and concepts produced by Divano Contract Furniture remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
